  • Property data: property address, assigned Twilio number, configured DTMF key
  • Call logs: caller number, timestamp, opening status (traceability only)

  • Billing: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR)
  • Access traceability: legitimate interest, property security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR)

  • Stripe : payments (United States, standard contractual clauses)
  • Twilio : telephony (United States, standard contractual clauses)
  • Vercel : web hosting (United States, standard contractual clauses)

  • Account data: subscription period + 3 years
  • Call logs: 12 months
  • Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation)
