Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the RingAndOpen service, published by ELISE INVEST SAS (hereinafter "the Publisher"). RingAndOpen is an intercom automation SaaS enabling remote door opening via a voice server.
2. Access and registration
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. The user must have legal capacity to enter into contracts and be at least 18 years old. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
3. Subscription and payment
The service is billed at €7 excl. VAT per month per property. Payment is processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month. It can be cancelled at any time from the user account with no notice period or fees; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. User obligations
- Use the service only for managing properties they own or are authorised to manage.
- Not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or in a way that harms third parties.
- Ensure that the intercom configuration complies with building regulations and any co-ownership rules.
5. Liability
The Publisher uses all reasonable means to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Publisher shall not be liable for damages resulting from incorrect intercom configuration by the user, telephone network unavailability, or use not in accordance with these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of the service (code, brand, content) are the exclusive property of ELISE INVEST SAS and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Any reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Changes to these Terms
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts of the jurisdiction of Antibes shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
